The plan shows other uses. Where is the Clinic’s future?
The Jug 1 drawing, dated August 2017, shows residential and commercial buildings and a university expansion zone. A new psychiatry clinic is not separately identified in the reviewed drawing.
Editorial summary
The legend marks residential and commercial buildings in red, separately from university expansion zones and the higher-education complex. The drawing concerns the area between Majke Jugovića, Bulevar vojvode Stepe Stepanovića, Mačvanska and the Vrbas.
Several months earlier, RTRS carried Radojičić’s statement about competing ownership claims by the City and Clinical Centre. Planned use and ownership are distinct; the drawing does not prove who owns the land.
The initiative’s position: planning for this address should start with the patients who are there today. We call for a public explanation of ownership, applicable amendments, permits and how current construction relates to the overall plan, alongside consideration of a modern clinic here.
The date is the drawing’s preparation month, not a confirmed adoption day. Not all planning acts, ownership records, designs and permits were reviewed; we do not claim that every observed difference is unlawful.
