CEB approves a loan for six psychiatric institutions.
The Council of Europe Development Bank announces approval of approximately €11 million for building and modernising six institutions in BiH, including Banja Luka.
Editorial summary
The bank’s announcement concerns a joint project, not a sum exclusively for the Banja Luka Clinic. It identifies functional buildings, energy efficiency and better conditions for patients and staff.
Bank approval is distinct from concluding and ratifying an agreement, availability of funds and the actual start of construction.
